Our Core Programs
Women Self Help Groups & Small Business Initiatives
Our Women Self-Help Group initiative focuses on building real earning capacity for women through skill-based vocational training and direct market linkages.
We have trained 250 women in mehendi, beautician work and tailoring — and over 85% are now earning through their own small businesses, working in parlours/shops or offering door-to-door services. Another 200 women are currently enrolled, and will complete their training by January.
Alongside this, we have touched over 1,000 community members through short-format programmes on health, personal development and home-based income opportunities.
Through our Soil to Soul production initiative alone, 50+ women earned more than ₹6,00,000 collectively, by participating in production work that gave them both skill exposure and immediate income.
SARAL
Sarpanch Advanced Resourceful Active Learning (Policy and Leadership for the Elected Representatives of Gram Panchayat)
The Mini-MBA for Sarpanchs is a grassroots leadership and governance training program designed to empower village leaders with practical knowledge in financial planning, policy implementation, and digital governance. Through interactive workshops, real-life case studies, and simplified modules, the program equips Sarpanchs with the tools needed to make informed decisions, manage village resources effectively, and drive sustainable local development. By strengthening the capacity of these frontline leaders, the Mini-MBA fosters accountable governance, citizen engagement, and inclusive economic growth at the panchayat level.
